We currently ship to the following locations:
- Spain (Mainland): All provinces
- Balearic Islands: Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza, Formentera
- European Union: All EU member states
- International: USA, México, Colombia, Panamá
3. SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
Domestic Shipping (Spain):
- Standard Shipping: € 3,50- Delivery in 2-4business days
- Express Shipping: €5 - Delivery in 1-2 business days
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over €45 (Spain mainland only)
EU Shipping:
- Standard EU Shipping: €5- Delivery in 4-6 business days
- Express EU Shipping: €15 - Delivery in 1-2 business days
Special Regions (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla):
- Shipping cost: €15
- Delivery time: 4-6 business days
- Note: These regions may be subject to local taxes and customs duties upon delivery

4. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Spanish public holidays)
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched

6. ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email

7. DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
- A signature may be required upon delivery
- If you are not available to receive the package, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup
- Packages not collected within 7 days will be returned to us, and you may be charged return shipping fees

8. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
EU Shipments:
- No customs duties or import taxes apply to shipments within the EU
- All prices include Spanish VAT
Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla:
- These territories have special tax status
- Orders may be subject to local IGIC (Canary Islands) or IPSI (Ceuta/Melilla) taxes
- The customer is responsible for any local taxes or duties upon delivery
Non-EU Shipments (if applicable):
- International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient
- We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount
9. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Lost Packages:
- If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 1 days
- We will work with the carrier to investigate
- If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund
Damaged Packages:
- Please inspect your package upon delivery
- If the package appears damaged, note this with the delivery driver and contact us immediately with photos
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund for damaged items
- Claims must be made within 2 days of delivery
10. INCORRECT ADDRESS
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- If you realize you've entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately
- We will attempt to update the address with the carrier, but cannot guarantee changes once shipped
- Address correction fees may apply
11. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you
- You may be charged return shipping fees and reshipping fees
- Refunds for returned packages will be issued minus shipping costs and any applicable fees
12. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We cannot ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- Military addresses (APO/FPO)
13. MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS
- If you order multiple items, they may ship separately
- You will receive tracking information for each shipment
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the total order, not per item
14. BACKORDERS AND OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
- If an item is out of stock after you've placed your order, we will notify you immediately
- You may choose to wait for the item to be restocked or receive a refund for that item
- We will not charge you for items that are unavailable
15. SHIPPING DURING PEAK SEASONS
- During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, sales events), processing and delivery times may be extended
