Shipping and Delivery

Shipping destinations

We currently ship across Spain, the European Union, and internationally.

For orders outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional charges may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking link.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Spain: 2–3 business days
European Union: 3–5 business days
Rest of the world: 5–9 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs processes, and courier operations.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location:

Spain: approximately €4
European Union: approximately €7
Free shipping in the EU on orders over €89

For the United States and other international destinations, shipping rates will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Please use this link to follow the delivery status of your parcel.

Delivery issues

If your order appears as delivered but you have not received it:

Please check with neighbours or your building reception
Review your tracking link for delivery details
The parcel may have been left at a nearby pickup point

If you are still unable to locate your order, please contact the courier directly to file a claim and reach out to us at info@pi-yei.com. We will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Pi Yei is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs procedures, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
