Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship across the EU and worldwide.

For international orders outside the EU, duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Spain: 2–3 business days
  • EU: 3–5 business days
  • Rest of the world: 5–9 business days

You will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout:

  • Spain: approx. €3
  • EU: approx. €7
  • Free shipping on orders over €89

For the USA and rest of the world, rates are shown at checkout depending on destination.

My order appears as delivered but didn´t receive it

If your order appears as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Please check with neighbours or your building reception
  • Peview your tracking link for delivery details
  • The parcel may have been left at a nearby pickup point

If you still can’t locate it, please file a claim with the courier and contact us at info@pi-yei.com . We’ll do our best to help.

Orders

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If your order has not yet shipped from our warehouse, we can cancel it and issue a refund. However, if your order is already on its way, you will need to receive it and request a return following the steps mentioned below.

Please note that this policy applies only to items in stock. Made-to-order rugs cannot be cancelled. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@pi-yei.com

What if my item is faulty or damaged?

If the package shows signs of damage, refuse the delivery to simplify the claim process. If you have already received a damaged parcel, take photos and notify us immediately!

Manufacturing errors are rare, but if you receive a defective product, please send an email to info@pi-yei.com s soon as possible, including your order number, a brief description of the issue and a few photos. We'll get it sorted out for you!

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

We offer free exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

At the moment, we do not offer returns, but we are always happy to help you find the right fit or product.

How should I care for my pi yeis?

Our pieces are made to last, and a little care goes a long way.

  • Wash at low temperatures
  • Wash inside out with similar colours
  • Use mild, eco-friendly detergent
  • Avoid tumble drying
  • Line dry where possible

Less washing and gentler care help extend the life of your garment and reduce impact over time.

How do you produce?

We produce in small, thoughtful runs, focusing on quality over quantity.

Our pieces are made in Barcelona, working with partners who ensure fair wages and responsible working conditions. We aim to build a slower, more intentional system that values both people and process.

What kind of packaging do you use?

We use packaging designed to be as low-impact as possible.

This includes recycled and recyclable materials, and we avoid unnecessary plastics wherever we can. We believe packaging should protect the product without creating excess.

Where are your products manufactured?

All our products are made in Spain, mainly in Barcelona.

We choose local production to stay closer to the process, support skilled craftsmanship, and ensure better working conditions and transparency across our supply chain.

We focus on natural, recycled, and plant-based fibers that respond to real environmental challenges.

From recycled cotton to banana agri-waste and eucalyptus fibers, our materials are chosen not only for comfort, but for the role they can play in reducing waste, lowering resource use, and building a more circular system.
